I think the unit works and it is plenty big for personal jewelry, glasses etc, but seriously why not just include the basket so I can use it the first time I open it? And ask someone on here-I volunteer!- to make your instructions clear. Small fixes and this would be five stars. I hope it continues to work, I wanted a jewelry cleaner like the jewelry store and this was the one they showed me in the picture from their store. I do think it does what it's supposed to do very well.

Works great. I am using unit to make liposomal vitamin c. I sonic mix the solution for three 30 minute sessions. Since the sonic energy heats the solution, I cool it down between sessionsUpdate: 10 months after purchase the unit stopped working. Acts like the transducer or driver board has failed. The cleaner would get quite hot during 30 minute run cycles and since there is no internal cooling fan the electronics probably failed due to heat. Looking for new replacement unit that has internal cooling fan

To small for my need

This is a great cleaner. It's much better than the standard plastic cleaner you get for a few bucks cheaper. It has a tray that's big enough for eye glasses and (importantly) its heated! I was shocked by how well it took dirt and grime off jewelry and glasses. Its a huge step up from a standard cleaner: its lab grade equipment. I highly recommend this unit!

I love this cleaner, water stays hot and it really cleans. Although if you have any loose diamonds it will definitely come out, which is good at least its in the container.Only thing is it only run for 30 mins. It would better if you have a longer option.

Gets all kinds of junk you can’t see out of carburetors, perfect for a small engine shop possibly a little small for a full blown bussiness but for a start up small engine bussiness or a person just cleaning some carberators it’s a great little tool

This is a great product. It’s a bit small but that is not a product deficiency you can buy the bigger size and if you are cleaning glasses, jewelry, watches and things of that nature this works perfectly.
