Although I am impressed with the design and build of this case back opener, I was disappointed to note that there was an error with the lug jigs that were included. They are supposed to come in matching pairs, (2) 20/22 mm; (2) 17/19 mm; (2) 15/13 mm; and (2) 11/9 mm. Mine did include the correct count of the 20/22 and 17/19 mm jigs, but there were (3) of the 15/13 mm jigs, and only (1) 11/9 mm jig. It is probably unlikely that I would be opening watch cases with lug widths of 11 or 9 mm, but it would have been nice to have a complete matched set.There are no instructions included, but it's not that difficult to figure out how to use it.

This screw down press is 100 times better than the cheaper hand press options. The pictures dont really show, but the included plastic/nylon dies thread onto the press press. Totally worth the money if your into modding watches. You have a lot more control and precision to press crystals evenly into a watch case.

The press is machined very well to very high standards. The quality of manufacturing is impressive. The dies are marked in mm and are easy to change. Once the back is ready to be replaced loading up the watch and turning the press is as simple as it gets as it only takes enough pressure to hear the click of the back of the watch engaging. This press is easy to use, easy to change dies, and has the right size and weight to handle any of my watches. This is a well designed and engineered press. MT

good quality crystal pressIts hard to tell from photos, but it accepts a die on the top and bottom and works great for pressing crystals into dive watches

Only reason for 4 stars is there is no padding for shipping and the item had a cosmetic ding.

This tool will put an end to scratched up watch backs i have a lot of waterproof watches but even if you have only one or two don’t mar up watches worth hundred s with a $8 tool make this wise investment it will open the hardest case back with ease this tool works really well

First I would like to say I am not a professional, but I am capable of fixing a few things with watches starting easy with new battery replacement. Along the road though I have broken the crystal on two expensive watches when I had trouble putting the back onto the watch. Even though this Happybuy repair tool did not come with even simple directions I was able to figure out how to use it and it worked great!!! I was surprised at the ease and confidence it gave me to pop off a press back onto the watch the "snap-off" watch cover. It pays for itself quickly when you use it just a few times. Best of all I do not have to pay $15 plus to the jewelers each time. Another point, this tool appears extremely well put together to get the quality result.

This is the best watch press on the market. It is well made, built to last. Great design, machined to perfection.
