Amazing support

It's a great alternative to the GRS for hobbyist like myself. When my first ball came it had some spots with too much powder coating that kept the pins from going in. I had only asked for a replacement of that small part, but Vevor sent a whole new unit which I thought was above and beyond.

Even though I received a full refund after waiting weeks and weeks, and seller saying it has been posted, item never actually arrived. Hard to give good feedback for something you never actually received.

I can only give the lowest rating possible because I received a power surge box not the ball vise I paid for. This company is horrible to deal with if there is a problem. Someone may be enjoying the vise but I am not. I did agree to a refund finally but was not asked to return the incorrect item. I would be afraid to try to do business with this company again.
