Well made machine but has some sharp edges. Just be careful. You can take some fine grit sandpaper and dull some of the edges. These are mainly in the centrifuge section (the filter cone). It should do the job it was intended. I do not plan on using the grinding wheels because I prefer to grind the soybeans in a Vitamix. My main use for this will be to centrifuge and filter out the solids. (the hardest part of the process). Also the centrifuge cone and container are aluminum. I plan to paint them with a food grade paint (Steel-it). If you are making large quantities of tofu or soymilk, this machine is a winner. Can also be used to make large quantities of nutmilks. Filter cloth is very fine. Can also be used for juicing, both fruits and vegetables, and it should work for wheatgrass, although I haven't tried that yet. There is no pusher, so the food has to be cut up small enough to be caught up by the grinding wheels. The inlet into the grinding wheels is about an inch wide.
