It is what it says it is. Apparently these can get quite pricy, but this version of it is very reasonable. It is hefty, sturdy, easy to use, has all of the dies in the case, and worked great on my reduced barrier hoses / fittings.

It works well for its price, you have to clamp it two times, for the second time you give it a 1/4 of a turn and clamp it again.
