I practice various aerial apparatuses and this rig is best for conditioning. I've used hammock/sling and split panel silks and doing some things are very hard because it's not quite tall enough, so I've been using it for practicing moves instead of doing them. Drops are not safe on this. It's good for hammock poses with double point rigging (I prefer single point for spinning). Lyra would be good to practice with this but I would anticipate issues with splits and spinning moves because of the poles. Again, great for conditioning and strengthening for aerial- work on that grip strength
