Bought this rig for my wife as she was having aerial yoga withdrawals because of covid. Our apartment height is about 9 ft, so the entire frame doesn't fit, but you can opt to not use all the legs and it sits about 7ft meaning it is useable indoors. We use it for inversions, and general aerial yoga stretches, but since ours is at a low height you can't obviously do all the advance poses that one might do in a studio. The rig itself is sturdy, however you wouldn't want it to get wet or sit in a humid environment as it's likely to rust. The whole set is heavy, i.e ~60-70lbs and doesn't come with a carry bag or anything like that, so if you think you are going to be moving it a lot, you'll need to look at investing in some carry bags. Despite the weight, the individual parts are light, and it's very easy to assemble and disassemble.Overall we are happy with the rig and the accessories it came with. Would recommend if you need some sort of aerial rig whilst in doors.
