On the screw pat that touches the bucket needs to spin so that it can connect correctly
Where it connects to the bucket the bottom part of the pin needs to swivel so that it can connect directly to the bucket

Works great. I had to change the wing nuts , the wings came off . No biggie. Used forks for hauling logs saved my back. Made cutting fire wood much easier.

Functions as advertised. Received in a timely fashion. Using for carrying IBC container hauling water. Due to length beyond front loader bucket it would be easy to overload tractor capacity if not careful.
