Perfect for my application. I have a sliding glass door that when you step out having that extra balance and support is what was needed. I bought this as a discount from a “warehouse deal”. Everything that was needed was in the box, including instructions. I am very satisfied with the purchase!

I have contacted customer service in three separate occasions. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. Despite showing them the photos they requested with the nicks in multiple places they offered me only $20 saying it must have been damaged in transit. There is NO damage to the packages in the areas nicked (which are again, multiple) and it was siting in a bunch of rust at the base with base already rusted out. Buyer beware … the quality control of Elat is being sent out seems to be nonexistent and if you have to deal with an issue you’ll be bounced around in email tickets and then the issue ignored.

Nice product, the order process was straightforward, delivery was quick, the product was well packaged and not demanged in transit. I was able to assemble and install with no trouble. All of the parts needed were provided, all up it was easy to install and works as desired.

Everything great except the covers for the bolt covers. the covers are too light of a metal used, they dent easily. Everything else is great.
