Easy to assemble. Does not come with instructions refer to your old chair assembly instructions. Does not come with the screws you need to attach the base to the seat. Save the old ones and reuse. The price for this kit was great considering there was nothing wrong with the rest of my seat and a whole new chair would cost much more.

Product is as described study and attached to my chair per my hole pattern. I would recommend this base.

I purchased a white leather chair about 10 years ago. It has moved with my across the global but one day it the wheels came off and I couldn't find replacement wheels, you know being 10 years old. Couldn't find a chair I liked online so I decided to just replace the whole swivel base. Still cheaper than a new chair and only I know that its not original to the chair. Did take a bit to assemble and had to drill a few more holes to make it work, but it's fantastic.

The base was plastic,I thought it would be metastatic

SO FAR SO GOOD BUT THE BOLT PATTERN WAS NOT THE SAME AS MY CHAIR AND YOUR ADD MAKES IT SOUND LIKE IT IS UNIVERSAL............

Great replacement piece for the chair easy to install. Had a small issue with the hydraulic tube they sent a new one no questions asked and it works great.

This chair base is good value for money. It is well made, and the mechanism is smooth and easy to operate. It is easily assembled in a few minutes, so you can rejuvenate a chair that is otherwise in good condition except for the base. Just make sure the mounting holes are the same. However, there was no packing material inside the box it came in, and the box was badly damaged with rips and tears and squashed! one of the base legs was protruding from one of the holes! Fortunately there was no damage to the chair base itself however. I did take photos of the box in case I needed to make a warranty claim, but since there was no damage to the base I had since deleted them.
