Easy to assemble, very ecoomical chair repair.

I build cedar furniture and had built 6 cedar office chairs. I found the bases I wanted on sale but I had to buy the whole chair. That left me with 6 chair's without the bottom assembly's so I bought one of these to give to a friend it bolted right up and they have a new office/computer chair now.I gave it 4 stars only because of the casters, they are all plastic. With that said if you do not push the weight limit they are just fine.

The base for my office chair was exactly what I needed. The entire transaction from searching for a base ti my purchas to delivery and installation was an easy epprocess.

I have an office bent wood office chair that is over 80 years old. The seat section of the chair is in excellent condition after many years of 24 hour use in a office. I now have the chair in my home. The base section of the chair wore out and I feared that I would have to get rid of the chair. I found this base and was able to mount the upper section of the chair with some modifications. The only down side is the chair rolls very easily on tile and could easily roll out when sitting.

Completely fixed my 300 dollar office chair. Well built and durable.
