Great products, very high quality materials, shipping was very fast (3 days from date I place the order). Would for sure buy a second one

I've only had the chance to use this once, but filling and cleaning was easy. Each pull is 2oz, so you get get a consistent product without weighing. I don't know if the lid is bent or if it's part of the design, but it doesn't sit flat over the filling tank.

When received it I was happy but the top of it that close came slightly bent.

The components tend to rust in a very short time, the quality of the base paint is not the best, but in general terms the equipment fulfills the function for which it is designed in a practical way.

This contraption works well but cleaning is a bear!

I’ve used this filling machine a few times in my small scale skincare lab and it’s worked great for my purposes. The instructions are basic so I did some trial batches to get familiar, but it’s overall a simple machine that’s not difficult to use. For example, I disassembled everything possible for cleaning and sanitizing before/after use which is crucial to get right in a lab environment but there’s not assembly or parts included instructions waking you through these details. You also will have a bit of waste if you’re filling cream or higher viscosity products but not necessarily a flaw of this item, waste would exist in any filling method. Setting the filling level also takes some trial and error but for the price and the scale I’m at currently this is saving me time and making it possible to quickly and cleanly bottle products which I couldn’t accomplish at speed or scale by hand.
