A little cleaning and adjusting here and there and this is a pretty decent little lathe for light work. Tons of YT videos on how to improve them out there. I’ve cut everything from plastic to stainless steel with it and it works. Don’t expect machine shop quality but if you’re looking for a hobby level mini metal lathe this fits the bill.

This will do the job but worried about the plastic gears instead of metal.

The worst part is the booklet...rather poorly done Otherwise no complaints. Grahame Smith

Some bent parts and broken plastic I’d like to assume from shipping, but assembly wasn’t great either. Fortunately, probably anyone that wants this is more than happy to fix this little stuff since since it’s a tinkerers thing anyway. Well worth the money for light stuff.

I was concerned the Lathe wouldn't be that great due to the low price, however it actually works great. It shipped in ~3 days. I tested it on some very rough wood and it works great! I doubt you'd find a better lathe in this price range :) -Jon Harbin

An Overall great and fun tool to used. Had no trouble setting up and use. Arrived in a well protected wooden crate and even with all the covid-19 issues, it still arrived earlier then expected. Great product and would definitely recommend as a nice way to create cool rings or other fun projects.-Brandon T

This is a well made, heavy weight metal lathe with excellent precision. The drip tray provides an easy clean up after each day. The size is perfect for small or large projects.

It is up and running good. I have ordered parts for it to make it do what I want. I ordered this lathe because of the bed was 14" long. Thankyou for the way everything went.
