Much heavier than the cable and gun that came with the welder originally
Tried to run .025 thru gun without changing liner. Went back to .030 and gun works the way it's supposed to.

Not a drop in replacement from Chicago Electric Welder
Used this to replace broken gun on Chicago Electric Welder from Harbor Freight. Had to find a video on how to replace it, but it works well.

It worked great for me so far
It was time too replace my old Lincoln welding gun after about 20 yrs of wear and tear on it and I was very surprisedto find the exact same gun..At that price I took a chance and so far so good. Welded in the floor pans of a 1972super beetle and there is a lot of body work to do...
