Straight out the box. The drill did not work! Plug it in and nothing happened.....nothing! It arrived on a Friday arvo and I needed it for the weekend. I filled out an online form and emailed you describing its non operation, leaving my phone number. On the following Tuesday you asked for me to take pictures and I replied 'what was the point , it's doing nothing'. In the meantime I asked my neighbour, an electrician to have a look and he opened it and fixed it. I am not impressed with your after sales service
