Great quality & easy install
Easy to install, took only a few minutes! Definitely holds weight as described without damaging the egress surround. Would definitely recommend if anyone is second guessing getting ladder for egress. Makes our family feel more at ease at easy exit from basement if needed

Dont delay! Important to have in case of emergency!!
Easy to assemble and it did its job. We tried it out after being built and it’s definitely sturdy enough to be used by everyone incase of an emergency! Happy to have gotten this into our home so we can be ready if that time ever comes.
