excellent for my safety entering and exiting my back door, after suffering a bad fall, wish I had it before the fall

The 2-3 Step Railings did not fit my back porch steps. I carefully measured and review the item prior to purchasing. My rating is based on the excellent customer service I received when attempting to return the item. All my emails were immediately replied to and the resolution was not what I wanted but it was very good based on their return policy (which I didn't read completely prior to purchase). I'm carefully checking the website now looking for a replacement.

Looks terrific and exceptionally easy to install. Have no hesitation to recommend this product. Looks great and is also functional. It is made from good quality products and all the screw etc. was provided. The order arrived in very good time and the service was very good.

Easy-ish to install. Works perfectly to help my mum who has had a fall that lend to stroke like symptoms. Very happy with the hand rail

For my application, I needed to cut the upright pole. Not a problem. The handrail is very nice and sturdy.

This railing solved a problem for my elderly mother and 2 steps at the front door to her front stoop. The mounting pole is way too high as I expected from other reviews so I cut down to a normal handrail height. Also, the anchors are metric and junk. I used 3/8" x 3" tapcons. Which also allowed me to use a standard 3/8in masonary bit vs. a 10mm which nobody has in stock. Count on going through a few bits if the concrete is old/high strength and you will need a hammer drill.

Much sturdier than I expected based on the official product photos. The "42" in the title of this product is the height of the railing. 32" is the more common height (& what we cut ours down to).My Dad found this easy to install, but the items included were a problem.The provided drill bit is Chinese origin & doesn't work with the drills common in the US - it had a SQUARE base & is an uncommon/unused size.The provided masonry/concrete bolts were also sized to the weird-size drill bit. We ended up buying a new drill bit.You'll also need a Hammer Drill if you're installing this on a concrete patio like I did.

Great railing with everything you need to install except the hammer drill for concrete. Be sure to take the bit that comes in the package if you plan on renting a hammer drill as the smaller drills cannot accept this size drill bit.

It is a very sturdy bannister and makes it much easier and safer for me to go up the steps.
