Nice product, the order process was straightforward, delivery was quick, the product was well packaged and not demanged in transit. I was able to assemble and install with no trouble. All of the parts needed were provided, all up it was easy to install and works as desired.

Everything great except the covers for the bolt covers. the covers are too light of a metal used, they dent easily. Everything else is great.

Fit for purpose, good price, reasonable quality, easy install. Using it as a temporary measure until I sort out some new stairs. Had to file some sharp edges and there's nothing to hold the cover cap over the screws but other than that not a bad unit.

Shipped promptly and received as estimated. Great quality - admired by neighbor who will order soon.

I ordered this handrail to install for an elderly couple on their steps leading down into the garage. It was simple to install & seemed sturdy enough after being attached. The style was nice looking & the client was happy with the outcome. They liked it soo much they want another one on the other side of steps. I am a satisfied customer. Yay!!!
