I purchased this carpet to go over RAM Board which was laid down to protect floors in an historic home where certain rooms with very highly prized hardwood floors are being used as art classrooms. Knowing that the RAM Board would need an additional layer of protection from spills we added the marine carpet on top. We did add a very, very light spray of adhesive so that the carpet would not move when installing. And sealed the seams of the carpet with gaffer‘s tape. It works perfectly. The carpet was easy to lay and cut really easily with scissors although we used a heavy pair of scissors. There were a number of large scraps and those were used to line a couple of dog kennels (how great is this? I can take them out and hose them off and return to the kennels when dry). And we used some to cover part of the bed of a pick-up. This is a really interesting and versatile product. No out-gassing or other odors. Shipped very quickly and I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

Carpet was what I wanted it was advertised at 72 inches it turned out it was only 71 inches I could not use

The product looks good. The only bummer is that this is listed as "6ft x 29.5 ft". But... it measures 71 inches wide, not 72. I am covering the floor of a shed that is exactly 10 ft x 12 ft. I had been planning on running two strips of 10 x 6, but I'll be an inch short on both sides.Good thing I ordered the 29.5 footer so that I can do one strip of 12 x not quite 6 feet and one strip of 12 x 4 ft 1inch.
