This is a good quality bike for someone who is looking at doing short commutes around town. The seat is very comfortable which is something I needed due to back issues. When I opened the box to start putting it together I ended up taking it to a bike shop and had it professionally built as there were many part and knowledge of calibrating the gears etc. is important. The hinge helped when placing the completed bike into my car!

It came with a great users manual with pictures of everything you had to put together. Had one item missing after contact they said they would send it on. Outstanding price with free shipping and the quality of the product is top shelf.

Bike was shipped without assembly instructions. Not pleased with service, seller not based in USA and no facilities to provide customer service here. Digital assistance was available, but some people do not have access or capability to use this.

Good value for the price. Assembly is a bit tough but very doable. The instructions say 2 hours 15 min. I did it a little at a time but started my stop watch each time. To me 2 hours 45 min total. Works great. Instructions were clear enough to get the job done.

Trike arrived well packaged and all parts to assemble were included. Rear fenders need adjusting as the brackets are weak. Nice trike for the cost.

Once we got it assembled the trike is pretty nice. Very difficult assembly. Some pieces of hardware were missing. The assembly instruction manual was too vague and inconsistent with the parts we had in front of us. The price was very economical. I love the back support on the seat. In general, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I love to go for Casual rides with my grandchildren. Adult tricycle was easy enough to assemble that I was able to assemble it myself with the instructions and the videos on YouTube.

Excellent protected packaging. Some instructions unclear due translations. Illustrations could be better. Assembly took much longer than projected and my husband is knowledgeable regarding bikes. Included Tools much better than expected. Would rate higher but some parts missing and very difficult to report to customer service. Had to purchase alternative parts
