My mother really enjoys riding this bike.

All parts were marker well and it wasn't too hard to install.It take some adjustment to get the chain right...but other than a few minor adjustments. all good.

This is my first time learning to rose a bike because of my childhood! But this is the best bike ever!!!!! I am so in love !!!!

We recently purchased 2 of these bikes 24" & 26" . They where not to difficult to assemble though if you have not had much experience in this area you should supplement the manual with some of the you tube videos or consider having a bike shop do it for you. We had a minor problem with my wife's bike mainly because she has a bad leg and it can be difficult for her to get off the bike. I contacted the seller and got a very quick response and they were quick to offer suggestions and work out a solution. This was a very pleasant surprise for a change. After we began using the bikes we had a problem with 1 of the derailleurs' again the seller responded quickly and had a new part for us in a couple of day's. We love the bikes but what is most impressive is the level of customer support they gave us. That is something you can't always get at any price and makes us highly recommend this company. I will gladly do business with them in the future.

The bike itself is great. It's sturdy. The seller contacted us because the color we originally bought was sold out. But we are happy with the replacement and glad they contacted us so we could decide our secondary choice. Overall the bike was worth the aggravation of building it and is a good buy.
