Somewhat of a challenge to assemble, but I was able to do it by myself. I just need help actually hanging the bag.

This is by far the best Stand I've ever bought! It's easy to put together and is holding up great. I'm a amateur mma fight so I've hit on alot of bags. I'd defintley recommend this to anyone who train's in combat sports!!!
