great hoist for the price. I use it to lift lawn tractors for service. Does the job and stops instantly, no over-run. even came with a sling.

Was a little cheaper than harbour freight so i bought it. Works great for bringing storage stuff up to my overhead storage area in the garage.

Quickly changes from 220# to 440#. Hoisting items in and out of attic storage by myself is much simplified.

Good for light jobs. I bought this to lift my driveway sander (attaches to my tractor), which when loaded, is just under the 440 lb limit. Lifting the sander makes attaching and detaching easier.

Works great. Mounted in work shop. No issues and a great price. Works good for lifting the zero turn to access blades.

Mounted on a jib mast second floor deck. Used for lifting groceries and luggage. Able to swing out over railing and lower to ground. Able to lift over railing and lower down onto deck. Works great !!!!!!!

This winch seems to be very good. Please take note that although it states it can lift 440 lbs, the cable must be configured in a different manner. If mounting this on a wall (not ceiling), I don’t believe you can use the alternate method. Winch is heavy and we needed two people to help with install high on a wall.

Shipping was really fast. With the price of the hoist I was extremely surprised to find the quality was excellent. All part arrived with hoist as well as having a heavier cable. Great product !!!

You aren't going to beat the price, it works great, and even included a couple of lifting straps. My only concern was that I wanted to put smaller cable on it, which requires some fairly major disassembly to get at the clamping device which is buried behind the outboard cover of the cable drum. Otherwise, it's a great hoist at a great price.
