This machine has worked well in our large scale catering operation. We have run into an issue with the thermal sealing bar wearing out. we have replaced once already with what was included with the machine but I cannot find where to purchase these parts now. Im looking for the whole piece or if anyone has any recommendations on how to fix this issue with a \"bandaid\" type fix. I have heard thermal tape could be an option. any help would be appreciated. I have reached out to the warranty department direct from supplier already. they do not sell replacement parts.

We have owned it for about 6 months and love it. We use it for sealing wet, dry, dehydrated, and freeze dried goods. Works great with all bags including mylar. We also like the ease of sealing jars up to half gallon. We have recommended it to friends.

Received in timely manner set up very easy, works great in my prossesing shop, have to make sure pump oil does not get low, but not hard to check, would recommend and would buy again

This Vacuum chamber is amazing, i hate that i wasted so many years on vacuum sealers when i could have been using this.

Best money I ever spent! This thing is awesome! The quality and ease of use is incredible. It does a great job. I really like the option to have the deeper bin for larger items. I would definitely buy it again.

Bought 2, have 3 all work a little different. Inconsistent but fast and ok for the price. Will call company but heard warranty is hard. Wished they all worked the same. Will be interesting to see how service works.

This thing is like magic. No matter what one needs to vac seal it will do it. I even vac sealed a bag of water and none of it got out. It’s my first vacuum sealer so I cat give a comparison. But I would recommend this one.
