Easy to assemble with just a few tools. Very sturdy. Fun to have someone ride the sled while you're pulling. It's holding up very well even though I'm giving it a challenge and pulling it down a very rough asphalt (with pot holes) alley. Seems it just taunts me to try harder.

My husband purchased this item for my daughter she runs track. And this will help in her speed. My husband is very happy with his purchase.

Used the sled 4 times and it broke. Metal is cheap and weak. Metal ring on straps broke after first run with it. Very disappointed!
