I purchased this product based on its advertised durability and sturdy construction; however, I strongly advise against wasting your time or money with this company. Upon receiving the injector tester, my initial optimism quickly turned into disappointment. The device functioned for only two injector tests before it failed entirely. After these initial tests, the gauge ceased to register fuel pressure. To rule out user error, I tested the unit with 12 different injectors, including brand-new ones, all to no avail. I reached out to the company’s customer support for assistance and was provided with a dubious link to an instructional video, which was entirely in Chinese. This video only confirmed my suspicion that the tester was defective. Despite submitting multiple videos demonstrating the malfunction, the company has refused to offer a refund or replacement. Instead, I have been subjected to a frustrating cycle of repetitive responses, such as requests for additional video proof or referrals to the same unhelpful instructional material. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and their products. Opt instead for a reputable brand that stands behind its products and provides reliable customer service in the event of defects.
