I love to meal prep veggies for canning and this makes it super easy. However, somehow I've already bent the blades =\ and its not easy to find replacements. I'm cutting potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, tomatoes, I wouldn't think those would be too hard to cut. These blades are sharp!

My partner and I prepare most of our own meals involving plenty of fresh veggies. For years I have been using high-quality chef knives for cutting. While they do an amazing job cutting, the sheer quantity of vegetables we cut makes this regular task both dangerous and time intense. I have experience using almost the exact commercial slicer when I worked at Taco Bell in my teens. This slicer is a high-quality beast that makes food prep quick and safe. What used to take me an hour to slice can now be done in minutes. 10/10 would slice again.

This product is a steal for the price it's at. I spent 2 grand buying the other onion king $500 slicer for my job because the blades were too flimsy I tried this one out and it is perfect. The only con is that it takes up a fair amount of shelf space. It's easy to clean and the blades are quality. It can switch to a dicer too!

Great machine did my stir fry vegetables without any pain. Meaning choped up in seconds don't know about you. But for a person that doesn't cook often. But I now get my vegetables.. Chop. Chop.

This is a great product works very well for nearly anything you want to slice. It is very sturdy and well made comes with a pan to catch what you have sliced very nice feature.

Cutting vegetables so much easier ..

I have tried many of the home slicers over the years and they're all junk, then I decided to go to this; first, it came in a box that looked like it was through a disaster; the Styrofoam was in tiny pieces, the bolts and washers were loose in the box but the actual unit was OK.However once cleaned up and put together, awesome! This thing works great and best of all is very easy to clean. The blades are ridiculously sharp so some care is required. Recommended!
