Although uninsulated, this warming oven does a reasonable job keeping temperature-- about +/- 10 degrees for me. It's well made, attractive and big enough for four trays. I think it's a perfect tool for the home BBQ or cooking enthusiast. Compared to ovens that cost 4-8x as much, I think it's a great value.
I was very skeptical at first but after almost a year that think for restaurants or cateting companies is a life saver. It's a 6 stars in my book, made me a lot of money by me being able to take multiple orders in the same time.
