We received the unit some weeks ago. It is as advertised. Unfortunately it scorched the benchtop underneath the unit which was disappointing. I believe this is due the incorrect information in the manual. However we were given a refund as compensation which has been received. I am satisfied with the outcome

It keeps food hot !
I liked that it keeps food hot. Looks nice and didn’t feel any sharp edges when moving unit around. Shelves are different than what’s pictured . Overall it does the job.
