Nice
I recently purchased this engraving machine, and I must say, it's a solid performer. The excellent performance and reliable quality truly stand out. The 10W laser power is impressive, effortlessly handling a variety of materials, making it suitable for both commercial and DIY projects. The precision and craftsmanship are commendable, providing faster and more accurate results with a fine laser beam size. The air assistance feature enhances cutting capabilities, delivering clean and crisp edges. The user-friendly design, along with compatibility with popular engraving software, makes it easy to bring artistic ideas to life. Safety features like the emergency stop switch and UV filter add an extra layer of confidence. While it's an excellent machine, I deducted one star for the initial learning curve in setting it up and calibrating it properly. Overall, a reliable and powerful engraving tool.

Not a bad machine.
All things considered, this is a pretty nice laser. I'm using it to make presents for everyone this holiday season, and so far, it's been working OK. I'm using it with Lightburn, and the two talk well together. For some reason, though, lightburn flips everything horizontally, and I need to figure out how to make that not an issue. LaserGRBL works fine. I purchased a cover with an exhaust fan for the laser, since I'm using it inside, and the smoke and fumes would otherwise be intolerable. I haven't gotten around to trying out the rotary axis yet... I'll give that a try in a few months, once I learn the process more.

Good laser for the price
This is a good engraver for the price. I have used it on Blackbutt (an Australian Hardwood) and it engraves perfectly. It also engraves MDF really well. I have tried cutting MDF and cardboard, but have not had any success with cutting. But, if you want a machine that engraves really well, then this is good. Piecing the machine together was reasonably simple. It probably took about 3 hours to put together. I have downloaded Lightburn as the software and it works well. There are a lot of tutorials online to support a first time user like me.

Awesome product
This diode laser arrived in a very professionally boxed package, was easy to build, and produces excellent engraving. Couldn’t be happier for the money.

Straightforward.
I found this to be a very straightforward laser cutter that is easy for beginners in this space to get started with. It doesn't have any frills or extras that are too complicated. I appreciate the markings on the railing that distinguish the available area. I find the build quality very good; it does not wiggle around or flex too much. I used LaserGRBL for my testing, and it worked flawlessly.

Works great and priced nicely!
Like a few other reviewers have mentioned, assembly was a little bit of a pain with just the included instructions, but once it's together, it works very nicely. This is my first engraving machine and I really like it so far. Doesn't take up too large of a space, and can be used on a wide variety of surfaces. Makes it easy to customize or brand almost anything you want.

You w0nt be disappointed
I have been looking for a laser engraver and have not liked the prices. This was in my budget and WAS NOT A MISTAKE. I can do just about any project that i was wanting to do with the laser. It was easily put together and was up and engraving within a hour or so after assembly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone just getting into the hobby like myself.

This is a cheap unit for the size & advertised output power. The cables really need a drag chain to confine them, otherwise they get in the way of the laser & could be burned. (Note that the cables need to be lengthened to install them in a drag chain.) The software appears to be no longer available, i.e. the PC software links do not work. Works with Lightburn & the supplied grbl control board. The laser module (15W) failed after three test runs; still lases, but the power is down to a constant 20%. The laser module was replaced through Vevor quite quickly, which I am very pleased about, despite it arriving with a broken lens; which I then swapped out for the old lens, which worked properly.

It works despite horrible instructions
This is my first laser engraving machine, and after MUCH effort (over multiple days - with sanity breaks to prevent me from throwing it out a window), I have finally produced my first engraved cutout. This is no thanks to the instruction manuals, which are quite literally the worst I've seen in a long time. There is a YouTube video (by someone not associated with the manufacturer) to help with installation, but it is so zoomed into the detail that it's disorienting and difficult to know which way the pieces actually fit together. That said, I never could have put it together without the video. The accessories are just as bad - if not worse - to set up. Not only does the air assist manual omit critical instructions on how to connect the air tubes, but the package does not include a power adapter to be able to plug it in! Fortunately, I had a 12v power adapter I could use with it. Further, the rotary is currently a paper weight - the manual does not clearly explain how to connect it to the engraving machine (sadly, I'm not an electrical engineer so the electrical diagrams are like hieroglyphics) and I haven't found a YouTube video to help me to get it going yet. I didn't bother with the LaserGRBL software - I'm using the LightBurn free trial. During setup I added a honeycomb bed as well as a vented enclosure to send the burning (toxic) fumes outside. Overall, I'm at least happy that it is working. There will be a big learning curve to produce anything of value. Vevor needs to invest in some better documentation or incentivize some influencers to create some tutorials.
