This was my first Vevor purchase, I could not believe it would cut 47" Tiles for 140.00. When it arrived, the box was larger and weighed more than my 25 year old son. This thing is so over-engineered, that it is a super pleasure to use. Most scoring tile cutters that try to cut large tiles, flex up in the center when you apply weight because the cross bars are so undersized, that they flex, not this thing, the bar running up the middle is thicker and sturdier than the frame on your car. And the carriage rides on a bunch of bearings, all this weight and thick strong metal riding on all those bearings, makes this score with ease, and when you snap your cut, because it is so oversized, you get a nice smooth snap, never shattering your tiles or breaking 1/2 up your score. They provide a stop for making multiple exact cuts, which is fantastic for repeating cuts. The rulers were super accurate until the adhesive strip[ came off. So, it seems like a pain to set it up and move it around, but once you get it set in place and start making your cuts, you will find it is worth lugging this thing around. I even use it to cut 24" tiles in stead of my flimsy 24" cutter, which I paid over 250.00 for from floor and decor.
