Purchased this because we make 150 to 200+ burgers every Sunday for a weekly summer event. This does work as advertised and is a great time saver. The unit comes with different sized components that let you make 3 difference sizes of burgers. You have minor but intuitive assembly to do, disassembly for cleaning is quick. I use the largest size, making approximately a 1lb burger which the unit handles nicely as a 6\" patty. Quick tutorial. Assemble the size you want, the components dictate the patty size (3 sets come with this unit - not all units have this feature). Press the button on the side and the base plate drops inside the cup that forms the burger. Place a parchment circle inside the cup, put in your burger, place a parchment on top. Pull the lever until you hear a click, release the lever and the base raised up with your ready to use patty. The only negative is the parchment circles. The ones they provide are excellent, but I cannot find them on Amazon and the company has not responded as to where I can find them. I have found some of the parchment circles on Amazon, but they tend to vary in size and are either too small or too big. They still work however.

not happy with the customer service order turned up without all parts ie 100mm 150 mm adapters my order somehow got mixed up and was supplied wrong order have spent over a week trying to get it sorted out the machine is excellent to use I'm disappointed with the support department for not solving this promptly

This thing is amazing! I bought for my husband. We only eat in house burgers. You can use any kind of ground meat and we add all kinds of stuff from our garden.

After hand pressing my burgers for my restaurant, this machine is a God send. The press is easy to use and so much easier on my shoulders. I can press twice as many burgers and cleaning only takes a minute. Worth penny.

This is a good burger press but very bulky. I will only use it when making larger quantities of burgers.

The 6 inch diameter is great for 1/3 pound burgers that are the right size after cooking: large-enough diameter to fill the bun, but not overly thick in the middle.

I've had this a little over 10 months now and it's time to get more papers for it. I have the 5 inch model and normally press out a 6 or 8 oz patty, which takes about 20 minutes to do 2 10 lbs chubs from Costco, that includes weighing out a gob of 6/8 oz meatballs to press. Taking it apart to clean it is a pain but there are much worse things in life. Would strongly recommend this, just remember you are pressing ground beef and not axle bearings, putting your shoulder into it and grunting is not required. Use it right and it should last a good long time
