I've this on the boat for about 100 hours. The boat is used in salt water but trailered and not kept on the water. It's worked flawlessly so far. Install was straightforward. No signs of corrosion on the hydraulic cylinders at the engine, but the helm has quite a bit. Salt has penetrated the powder coat and has began the typical bubbling on the metal.
The boat is rinsed after use and Salt Away is used every few uses, which leads me to believe there were flaws in the coating that allowed salt in.
For the cost, it is what it is... Better coating would make this an unbeatable value.
