We have been using this machine at our Coffee shop for close to a year now. We seal all of our cold drinks with this machine, including Iced Coffees, Frappes, Teas, Boba, Lemonade, etc. We have over 10,000 seals on this machine. The only issue we have had was within the first month, the sensor which detects when a cup has been inserted failed. In this case, we just put it in "Manual" mode and simply press the button to initiate a seal. We like this mode better anyways!I plan on buying another to have as a backup.

Cannot be any happier with this machine. Easy installation. I think $600 is very competitive for a Boba Tea machine and it looks like it can last a couple years!

This machine is awesome! The drinks do not spill after sealing and the seals are so cute that our customers love them! Highly recommend this product and it is very easy to set up and use!
