Duct hose
Physically they are a good duct. My fist one was an 8 inch in a 10 inch box. Returned and had them replace it with another 10 inch. Second one was correct.

move lots of air, not much difference between the two speeds, is loud. but over all is a great fan and the duct material seems tough enough for DIY use for sure and likely daily heavy use.
