Great value, I use a gallon of distilled water every day. This is a lot easier than buying gallons and storing them in my house. I use white vinegar to clean it after every third use I like this product very much

Like the product but original container stinks. Get another gallon jug and a funnel and everything works great.

Works great. Puts off a decent amount of heat and takes a long time to make a gallon. But Great taste. Just be sure to use a clean rag and wipe out the inside of the metal pot after each use. If you dont it leaves a bitter taste in the next gallon. This is if you are using tap water to run through it. But if using clean purified water that you can get from water machines in town then wiping out after each use is not needed. Just if using tap water. Guess it has a lot more impurities and chemicals the the distilling has to remove so should be cleaned after each use.

Watched a couple of YouTube videos; unboxing/set up which helped me. I was amazed with what was left in the unit after use. I use vinegar to clean out after each use. It doesn't distil a lot at a time, but I wasn't looking for family size, just individual use. I also purchased trace minerals that I add back into the water before drinking, as that was highly recommended when I was researching distil units. Does what it says. More convenient than buying water for CPAP where you can’t find it or you pay nearly $2. Two gallons every six weeks adds up. I use it for other things such as humidifiers. I’ll run it for two to three days and have enough to last for quite a while.
