the device is new, and easy to use. Some of the directions are too brief and the included powder for possibly removing any build up has very poorly translated instructions. Fortunately there are enough YouTube explanations to help with this. I've used it 3 times with good results. It seems to be a popular distiller. So far no regrets.

My only regret is not purchasing this sooner. I use a humidifier regularly and got tired of cleaning it everyday. I tried distilled water using water I bought at the grocery store and it definitely made a huge impact with cleaning. However, I got tired of buying distilled water and I don't like having to purchase so much plastic. So I decided to try this and it is a game changer. The water is distilled properly as if I was using water purchased at the store. It does take about 4 to 5 hours to distill a gallon but so worth it. I turn it on before bed and have my gallon ready in the morning. Great use for Keurigs too! Highly recommended!

Got this yesterday. i set it up, and a few hours later I had a gallon of distilled water. Put some in my CPAP humidifier - and no residue in the tank this morning. Great. But - the instruction sheet was a typical poorly translated document, and two parts in a separate bag were not mentioned. So, I tried customer support - the chat was useless. An email seemed more likely to help. Wrong. I enclosed photos of the distiller, the parts not described, and some simple clear text. What is this a picture of. The email got a response. We went through a few emails and responses, with the support persons different with each exchange, asking the same questions over and over.Bottom line - nicee distiller , lousy support.

Love it. Uses 5cents (Australian) per litre. Need to give it a quick wipe clean after each use and a citric acid (included) clean every third or fourth time. Makes 001ppm when using rainwater and 004ppm when using hard 235ppm tap water. If you put either of those back through for a second time it makes 000ppm. No taste, no smell, however it does make the water more acidic when tested with a PH test kit. No more than bottled mineral water though. I use it in my coffee machine by adding 20ppm magnesium chloride and 55ppm sodium bicarbonate. By adding calcium chloride and potassium chloride in addition to the other two, you can make your own mineral water. I use it as 000ppm for distilled water for rinsing film in my darkroom. It’s great quality and I’d buy another one of it ever dies, but it seems like it will go every day for years.

Our dogs had to start drinking distilled water and this is so nice to use. It does take a few hours toMake a gallon but you can turn it on and come back a few hours later tk it all done. Saves us so much money and the time it takes to fill it is super easy! Great product.

Excelent product, easy to use.

It works great for the CPAP and so much more. It takes 4 or 5 hours (set and forget) to make 1 gallon of distilled water. It does put off some heat, but it's not a problem. This is a solid product and I am glad I purchased it.

It’s just as described easy to use. I love it. It takes about 3 hours to get a full gallon of water. Please be sure to check the water level if you decide to run it longer than that.
