Very satisfied so far.
Just received this in good order a few days ago. I am now in the process (literally) of distilling my 4th gallon of water. So far, so good. As I had read in several reviews, stopping the distilling process just short of completion (about 3 1/2 hrs) keeps the solids in a slurry and makes the chamber easy to clean. The directions are adequate, but it is not clear where the charcoal filter packets (included) are supposed to go. There is no obvious compartment in which to put them. At this point I'm not using them at all. After dumping the first batch per instructions, each following batch has distilled down to 2-4 ppm from 151 ppm at the tap.

Works Well
I use it for water to feed a CPAP and appreciate the switch. I use some clear vinegar to clean (rinse and dry well!). Better to clean after each use. Shut off before it runs dry so that cleaning is easy. About 3-3.5 hours for 1 gallon. Do not use rainwater as a feed since it contains some organics which will scorch spots onto the bottom. Clean tap water works better.

A gallon in just over 3 hours
For whatever reason my grocery store stopped carrying distilled water. I use distilled water for my CPAP humidifier and during the winter, my bedroom humidifier.Using tap water causes my humidifier to get caked with minerals (naturally), so I am using this to provide distilled water to keep it cleaner. This device will generate about a gallon in just over 3 hours. I attached a timer outlet to the power cord to ensure the device turns off at 3 hours and 15 minutes to prevent it from evaporating all of the water and leaving hard to clean deposits on the bottom of the water vessel.I clean what minerals do accrete with plain white vinegar. I do that about once a week. I am very pleased so far with this device.

Good Value
The first time I set up the distiller, the unit was locked in the 'on' position. It shut off after completing the cycle. The unit now waits until I push the on button before it starts. The spout took a lot of effort to pull down to check the filter, the instructions only show where it is, nothing about how to open for replacement. The instruction manual is very skimpy on details but most of the basic information is there. There is a lot of limestone in my water so there was considerable residue in the reservoir after the first run. I'm hoping this unit is up to the task. I'm going to make sure I clean it well after each use.

Couldn’t have asked for a better distiller!
This is my first time using a distiller, and I couldn’t be happier! I use it to distill about 1-2 gallons a day and have been using it a few months now. It does a great job and I love that it also doubles as a humidifier for my kitchen (my orchids def love being so close to it) when it’s in use. I run a cleaning cycle once a week and this thing still looks brand new. Very satisfied for the price, quality and durability. The end result is as you’d expect, distilled water, consistently wonderful and all the stuff added to our tap water gets removed. You’d be surprised the stuff I find leftover after this runs through the gallon of water. Very thankful for this great product!

This thing is great
We have used distilled water for our Keurig coffee maker for years. The coffee tastes better and the unit lasts longer. Decided to try this Distiller rather than hauling bottles of distilled water from the store. We have well water with a great filter system that uses chemical free water softener. The TDS of the water from the faucet is typically 350-360. After running the water through this distiller, the TDS measures about 2. Not quite 0, but very close. The top of the unit after distillation just wipes clean with with a paper towel and looks great as in the image attached. The main unit has a large amount of the calcium removed from the water as shown. With a few ounces of white vinegar and very light scrubbing and a rinse using the spray wand in the sink, the water container looks good as new. Looked at the timestamps of the pictures attached and the whole cleaning process including taking the pictures lasted about 3 minutes. I highly recommend this unit. (Run 1 cycle and throw out the water to remove manufacturing debris, then the water will be fine with further cycles.)

First one had issues but replacement works great!
Update 2.15.2020-I went through a trouble shooting process and because I wasn't able to exchange it, the vendor honored the sale by shipping me a replacement. Dilemma solved. I've tested the unit and it appears to work flawlessly.Update 2.09.2020-I have contacted the vendor via email and they have responded promptly. They have suggested to watch an attached video in the email and soak the unit using the enclosed cleaner for 12 hours. I've willingly complied and awaiting the unit to finish cleaning. Because they've cordially responded in a timely manner, I've elevated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as they have offered a discount or replacement. I will update the review at the resolution of my issue.I ordered this to create my own distilled water for my CPAP & cleaner water consumption. I've used this unit 4 times & cleaned it according to the instructions & using the accompanied cleaner. The interior metal which should be stainless steel is beginning to pit and rust on the bottom! This doesn't make me happy in the least as this indicates this is an inferior product! Stainless steel shouldn't rust! The whole purpose of using a distiller is to make cleaner water!? It can't be returned according to Amazon policy b/c it contains unreturnable items? Ok, how about a replacement or a refund? Perhaps this is an outlier and mistakenly passed QC? At any rate, i can not recommend this product. As they say, buy cheap, but twice. If I'm able to resolve this issue with the vendor, I'll adjust my review reflecting a positive experience & response.
