Actually works better than the one my mother paid $380 for. And she was pissed lol. I’ve already made 20 gallons water. And it’s still going strong. If it lasts a year I would have gotten more than my moneys worth.

Was disappointed the one we bought from you broke down so we bought a new one. Just hope it goes for a bit longer.

Instructions are a bit vague, but I managed to set it up. Distills 1 gallon of water in 4 hours, quiet, turns off automatically. Creates some heat and humidity. There will be mineral deposits after every use (especially with hard water like in Las Vegas) but either the accompanying detergent or a vinegar and water mix can clean it in a jiffy.

Local City water smells like bleach, and even after boiling it twice before using in Coffee or Tea, I was reluctant to drink it. I really needed this to purify my local water. Easy to set up, easy to use, take a few hours to produce a gallon, but well worth it

Works beautifully providing distilled water for our humidifiers. Very dry in winter where we live. Two things to be aware of. 1) the fan makes a fair amount of noise and 2) it puts out a surprising amount of heat. This worked fine for us. We put it in the spare unheated bedroom.

I have gotten several gallons out of this so far, we have had it two days. My only concern is if it can keep up with our needs. I bought it for use with 3 new humidifiers. Hopefully as we are entering summer, I will need it less and less and can build up a supply of water, but I am able to keep it running all day and get enough to run two of the humidifiers going non-stop.

Ordered this and it came in a few days. We put it to work within the hour after receiving it. Works very well and has made a lot of distilled water for our humidifier. I expect a long term use from this well built and very easy to use appliance.

First time user. I've been using distilled water for over 8 years, approximately 2 gallons every 2 weeks. For my wife's CPAP and my BPAP machines. I recently increased my usage of distilled water. I added a Sinugator Cordless Pulsating Nasal Wash and a Water Dental Flosser Cordless with Magnetic Charging for Teeth Cleaning, Nursal 7 Clean Settings Portable Rechargeable Oral Irrigator. I estimate to increase my usage to 2 gallons a week. So far it's meeting my needs. I plan on updating this review in 6 months.

I have a ton of plants that require distilled water plus several machines (a CPAP, a clothing steamer, and two humidifiers) that also need distilled water. At 8,000' of altitude, this little machine distills water at the rate of about 1 gallon per 3 hours, and on the rare occasion I forget to check on it, it will shut off automatically when it runs dry. If you have hard water, I recommend stopping it early, dumping the last 1/4ish of the water, then rinsing and refilling before continuing. At first I had to use the included cleaner every 5-8 gallons due to excessive mineral buildup, but stopping it early and rinsing it out has really helped reduce the build up in my distiller. If you use a lot of distilled water, I definitely recommend this distiller!

Excellent distiller for the money. Takes about 3 1/2 hours to distill 1 gallon. Comes with gallon jug and filters. Very easy to use, excellent purchase.
