Loose wall cord
Please mail a replacement plug in cord, the cord keeps falling out, not fitting securely. I don't see a place to contact the seller.

Perfect
Followed the directions, cleaned it, filled with 4L of water and turned it on. Filled the supplied jug in about 3 hours. Only problem I had was the silicon gasket is tight. Needs 2 hands to remove top. May loosen up with time although not a problem.

Life saver with humidifier
In the winter we go through a liter of water a day with our humidifier. This is so convenient and simple. It's a little loud, but we stick it in the laundry room and run it overnight.

Great unit. does as exactly as specified. Makes a gallon of distilled water in about 2 hours. saves a trip to store if they have iit. Getting harder to find.

Works great but mine is defective
Not sure why but it started leaking from the reset switch area. Hopefully sending it back they can figure it out. I got my refund approved.
