I do wish this tool included #4 dies. It was too big for my 1/2" OD diameter ferruled tubing. But the tool looks well made for the larger hoses. Note a 5/16" refrigerant hose has an outside diameter near 3/4" OD. This tool is large! Called Vevor and they would not could not tell me if #4 dies even existed for this tool. First agent wanted pictures of their own tool (duh). Second agent just said he could not give me or sell me anything. So I still wonder if #4 dies are even made. Probably not.

This was my first experience with AC hose making and the Vevor Crimper made the job a snap. Two new, perfect-length hoses were quickly assembled and are working perfectly. I recommend the tool to all prospective AC hose builders.

Bought this to finish install of a vintage heat and air kit in a classic car, vintage air actually sends specs to measure the crimp with calipers and this crimper was spot on for there requirements, the hydraulic part makes crimping way easier than the old ones I had used before, I highly recommend this crimper for a hobbyist

Works well.. Keep bolt thread well lubricated. Note that it is a static device (Hydraulic for mobile - in car jobs).

I used this to finished some ac lines for my 71 chevelle vintage air install. It worked excellent with my impact gun. Good product for the price.

Looks good so far. I will update once I crimp some hoses. fit and finish not quite as good as my Mastercool tubing flare tool, but I think it'll work.
