Works very well, however is a bit heavy when fully extended!

Works great and saves time and money
I used all but two extensions so I was at about 20 feet. The pole saw requires care to balance it; I am 75 plus and in good shape. The blade is sharp and flexible. I sawed about 15 palm branches and large pods in about 30 minutes. I sawed about 15 limbs from 2 Raywood ash trees ranging from 1 to 5 inches in about an hour with the extension at 15 to 20 feet. Wear a hard hat and use caution and take your time to work safely; you will get a work out and save some money.

It does the job...
This pole saw does the job. It is easy to assemble to the height you need. But beware that the longer you make the pole, the heavier it is and the more it bends. You may want to have a second person the help you hold it. You also need to be strong enough to hold it and keep it balanced because it can be top-heavy. But the blade and clipper are good. One thing you need to be careful of is the blade getting stuck in a branch that you're cutting that pinches the blade. Try to cut from top-down and let gravity do the work where it can. - Gregory Bullock, author of HISTORY IN FEWER WORDS, Vol. 1: The History of the World

got the job done at 27' extension
Just keep in mind, a 27 foot saw takes a lot of body strength to raise and work this tool. Otherwise, is very helpful for high limbs. The individual extensions fit together well.

Great, very solid poles which surprised me
Used already and I was super surprised on how SOLID the poles are. Easy to use, has it up to 15’….great product! Saw is a little flimsy but it worked out well for the palm trees. Have not used pruner yet but for the price, very worth it

Sturdy tool, easy to use
I like it! This is my first time with a pole saw. I bought this to cut limbs off of trees around my home. I've cut branches off of overgrown holly bushes, oak and pine trees, and more. It's easy to assemble to the length you need, and it is also easy to change between the saw and the scissors. I've used both, and it took a little practice, but I was able to get the cuts I needed. The saw can get unwieldy when I try to make it very tall, but I don't fault the tool for that. You probably need a second person if you want to use it at or near the maximum length. It seems high quality, sturdy, and well-built.
The saw cuts really well,it makes short work of 2" The saw cuts really well,it makes short work of 2"
Descent saw for the money
Works great on 12 to 14 foot high limbs, after that the extensions make it pretty wobbly and harder to use,the blade is very sharp and goes though the wood well,I used it on Red Oak trees and it does pretty good I also used it on a weeping willow tree which is a softer wood than oak and it went through it like butter, It's a descent saw for the money

Mr.
Is very sturdy and works great. Is a bit tricky to get vertical when the entire saw is assembled up to 27 Ft, but otherwise a great tool!
