As a beginner blacksmith, This anvil has been perfect. A decent weight, with a useful hardy hole and pritchett hole. Top Quality.

Great quality, well built and very durable. This thing can take a beating, but I won't suggest it as a blacksmiths anvil. It's kinda heavy (which is good). It's easy to learn how to use it too.

I am a novice blacksmith and this is my first anvil. After receiving the anvil and dressing it, I used it in my blacksmithing class. My instructor and I used it for 3 solid hours and it held up very well. There were some minor imperfections from manufacturing, but nothing that I wasn't able to address with a file or angle grinder. I ordered this directly from Vevor versus Amazon or another company. The service was rapid and delivered as promise. It arrived faster than Amazon quoted as well. For the price, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better anvil. I recommend this product!

Small and cute but effective and sturdy.

I design jewelry & this is perfect for hand pounding my jewelry wire & making bangles. I use on my countertop. My postal person probably wasn’t too happy delivering as it was a small, but very heavy package. Package was a little torn, but the anvil was in great shape.

This is very well made, small anvil. The flat part on top is 3 1/8” at its widest by 9 5/8 long (total length is 14.5”. The whole thing is 4 5/8” tall. I weighed mine at 22 lbs. It has a square hole (5/8”x5/8”) and a round hole in the horn (1/2”) for bending. The square goes completely through and out the base, the1/2” hole does not go completely through the horn at 1/2” diameter on mine. The hole also does not go on through the base. I have used this more than I thought I would on small projects and hammering stuff back where it needs to be.

This anvil es good in good in every way except for the need of a wider and more stable base. Naturally that is not a problem if you anchor it to a heavy workbench or dedicated pedestal.

Great item. Sturdy and well built. I use this all the time and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this anvil to those in the knife-forging business.

Arrived 2nd day. Chose 88lb since its will be used infrequently and I am too old to fool with much heavier ones. Also hardness higher than bigger heavier selections. Had a good ring until fastened down which dampened. Adequate work surface smooth and crisp edges. As advertised.
