So far I am absolutely loving this heat press. Very simple to operate and heats up very quickly. I have only used the main component so far but I am eager to try the other parts soon. When I ordered my heat press it arrived quicker than expected. The directions to put it together are not super specific but it was pretty simple and I was able to do it pretty quickly. When I unpacked the box one of the screws arrived damaged so I immediately reached out to the seller. They quickly reached back out apologizing and they not only were able to get me the replacement but also offered me a small credit because it took slightly longer than expected. I must say that it was refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customer service. They exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to place another order or to recommend them. We all know things happen but its how they handle it that can make all the difference and this vendor definitely went all out.. Thanks for making me a happy customer.

We bought this only looking for a shirt press. This was one of the best purchases we made for the business. We got the 5 in 1 in case we wanted to expand later. It didn’t cost much more. Recommend to anyone to buy the accessories because you will want them later.

Easy set up. Easy to use works great. So much better then using an iron. Cant belive i waited this long.

Fair price and just as good as anything overpriced

Easy to use

Nice product, however. Glue is all over the padding and parts. Metal has rough edges (they will cut you) Black paint chipped off the base. Packaging was great. Everything was nicely packed. No damage to the box. I was expecting a higher quality product. Heat press works as functioned. Directions are hard to understand to set temp and time. The part with temp and time is plastic. Not metal. Here are some pictures of this press fresh out of the box before using.Edit: seller contacted me and gave me a partial refund. Got email stating it was started. Seller has been very attentive to my review. Seller gets five stars!

Waiting on the ink tank printer but all functions well.
