Exactly as expected and advertised not bad

This is a great distiller. The only thing is that one of the fuzes broke and It stoped working. I took it apart and bought a new fuze at auto zone. Installed it and it has been working for 6 months.It comes with some cleaner (and it works) but I ran out shortly. I've found you can just use white vinegar and it gets the job done

I liked everything about this product. Very, very simple. Kinda just plug and play.i have distilled water, sugar shine and RSO with this machine and it still looks like new and worked perfectly

The distiller works great. ☺️ Easy setup. Instructions and cautions are clear. It meets the timeframe given for each batch of water. It does a good job of removing impurities from the water, based on the residue that’s left in the inner tank, afterwards.

The product is made well and easy to use. It can distill 6 gallons of water a day.

Mostly liked. One suggestion for improvement: The piece that comes off the condenser and drips could be extended out further from the body of the machine so the catch container isnt so close and the mouth of it fits better to the pipe that the liquid comes out.Kristen K.

I was a little apprehensive when one reviewer said it didn't work for alcohol distillation, which is the main reason for the purchase, but it works well for me. I set it a 79 degrees C and it runs quite happily getting most of my pure grain alcohol returned. I haven't yet used it for water distillation. The inner stainless steel tub containing the liquid does not separate from the heating body so you have to be careful when cleaning. Temperature control is easy to set, it stops apparently if it overheats from the set temperature, but comes on again by itself. I've used maybe 6 times and it's working well, if it keeps working it will be good purchase.

I have friends who use more expensive models (2-3x the price) that work no better than this one. It is easy to use and takes up little more counter space than a Keurig coffee maker. It will distill one gallon of water in 2 hours or less. I used a dissolved solids meter to measure the purity and it went from 250 ppm tap water to 3 ppm after one run. If you are a purist and want 0 ppm, you will need to double run each batch, which I don't think is worth it, but that's just me. The directions are skimpy, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it. It is amazing how much crap it removes from the water. You will need to scour out the reservoir periodically, but it is stainless steel and cleans easily enough. It's a best buy.
