Very pleased. I cleaned it, installed it on my mill and checked the precision. I may say, almost perfect. Can I find better 6" milling vise for $120 ? NO. The brand names milling vices made in US or Germany has same specs, they are not perfect either, but they cost about $ 600 more + shipping.

I am really happy with this vise. I bought the 3" because I read the other reviews of others saying that the vises were larger than they thought. I use it on a Central Machinery milling machine that I rebuilt. I'm only a weekend warrior when it comes to machining so it's fine for what I do.

?Great value and a quality product. I almost wish I had gotten swivel base but would not use for over a year.Camera invisible line when jaws closed and the play when open is due to backlash on nut that goes away on closing.The 123 block test was edge grip with 0.002" precision shim holding one from falling and need to use force to bring in 0.001" shim on other side of vise as per picture. Clamping pressure consistent across 6".Bottom is well ground as well, top jaws are not detectable by finger so < 1 thou.Happy with purchase, wish rotating base was available separately.Manual is horribly translated, worst Google translate seen to date.

This replaced a 4" vise on my Harbor Freight mill, and "wow" what a difference. I had to mount it perpendicular to the table due to the large size (about 17"x9"), and the mounting holes didn't line up with any of the groves. However it holds the work very securely and doesn't move around at all. Fortunately it comes packed in styrofoam as the package was badly beat up, so the vise arrived updamaged.

Much bigger and heavier than I thought it would be but the thing is awesome! Super glad I bought it. Super accurate jaws, very smooth operation.

This is a great vise for my Harbor Freight mini mill. I did have to lubricate it before using it because it was not smooth. This was the reason for four stars instead of five.

The box was open when I received it. No apparent damage. I_ surprised the hardware was all their. Poor packing. I am very pleased with the product other than packing issues

some quick filing to remove sharp edges, degrease mount and tram. Basic vise that exceeded my expectations based on other reviews. If you want high end accuracy and quality quit shopping for bargain basement prices as this is good quality for the money and I would purchase again.
