I have been trying to have one of the lights from our order replaced by Vevor, as it didn't work when we unpacked them. Currently getting the run around by this company. Numerous emails before and after Christmas have resulted in us being told we should find somewhere to get it fixed. I even sent photos of the box and item in the first email, only to be told I needed to circle the "missing" item. The item is faulty, not missing, and I wouldn't even know how to circle an item that's missing. Why is it such a problem to replace a faulty item sold and sent by your company??? Not happy Vevor.
