I've use this once so far, and it's sturdy and does what it's supposed to. However, in putting it together, one of the bolts/nuts threading was bad and unusable, so I'll have to go to a hardware store and get replacements. Four stars for that. Otherwise, it's a decent product. Oh, and the top mat is a bit stinky, like a tire, but I'm guessing that will fade with time. Also, there are no non-slip pads on the bottom, so you'll have to put it on a yoga mat or something where it won't slip around.
