Would love to give this 5 stars yet a few things stop me from doing so. Using it on the grill, you have to remove your grates to get the griddle closer to the flame to get it even remotely hot enough to sear anything. The cleanup turned out to be tough, and it burned in quickly unlike my past griddles. Griddle works fine but looks terrible because you can't get the 'burn' out of it.

Very heavy griddle well made but warp on low to medium heat. The warping has occurred over the three burners. It can still be used but is not flat anymore. Previous Venor comments indicated it could take the heat. Probably better with indirect heat?

This is a grate tool on my gas or charcoal grills. Helps keep the "fat flashing dripping on the coals or heat tube's. Holds the heat retention longer and allows for a easier and more consistent grilling temp and heat distribution. I recommend this highly. Several sizes available.

It's a great deal and a better top that cast iron easy to keep clean will use it a lot more you just spray down lightly scape down and cook

Good product but warps when placed on a gas stove. The scrapers also bend when applied a reasonable force for cleaning. Works well on low flame.

Just what I wanted.

Great for on top of the stove. I love it but it is VERY HEAVY. It gives restaurant quality. Heats up evenly. Does not pop or bend. I’ve prepared breakfast, hibachi and smash burgers for my family. EASY to clean but not easy to store for me. When the summer comes I do plan to cook with it outside. I did make a slight adjustment to the griddle (I welded the tiny drip hole close so that it fits perfectly onto my 5 burner. The 2 spatulas are small but they’re nice. This griddle will last a life time.

Super Fast Shipping, arrived nicely packed. I will be using on a 3 burner stove I got for my husband as a Christmas gift. It looks very thick and well made. The spatulas are tiny though :D
