After purchasing this over 5weeks ago I still have not received the item. After making many attempts to solve this through your customer support team I was told it’s coming and to wait. Still no item delivered that I have paid for and a customer that is very unhappy that I cannot finish there home project, I can’t give them answers because you guys can’t give me answers. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had and you guys do not want to make it right or give me a time on when it’s come. Australia post havnt even received it yet as I can view that on my app. Sounds like a scam
